A simple definition of allegiance is ‘pledging loyalty and commitment to a superior, or to a group or cause.’ In recent days we have seen a worldwide and very public pledging of allegiance to an earthly king. In this message we will look at what God requires of us in this matter. The Bible makes it very clear to whom our allegiance is due. It is not a lightweight matter and we should long to be those who are obedient to what the Word of God clearly reveals to us.
