The annual Jewish Feast of Purim begins this year at sunset on Monday night, March 2nd & concludes at sunset Tuesday night March 3rd. The Feast of Purim is a joyous feast of remembrance & of celebration that commemorates the salvation of the Jewish people in ancient Persia from a plot to destroy, kill & annihilate all the Jews in Persia, young & old, infants and women & to do so in a single day. Iran is modern day Persia & similar plots are being outworked by the evil regime in that nation & with their Muslim proxies to wipe Israel off the face of the earth, including annihilating all the Jewish people in the world. This messages looks at how God’s hand of deliverance through Esther & her cousin Mordecai as recorded in the Book of Esther speaks to us today & calls us to look to how God might use us for His purposes, just as He used Esther.
