The Lord’s Prayer (2). In teaching His disciples to pray, Jesus firstly speaks about coming before God in prayer in a way that honours Him as holy & worthy of the highest respect & reverence. “Hallowed be Your Name” therefore calls us to revere & to honour God above all else & from that place of honouring Him, to then live daily in reverence, whole-hearted devotion & continual obedience. This message helps us to see how to practically outwork this truth & to see how that impacts who we are & how we live as sons & daughters of God.
