Coming Wave of the Holy Spirit (50). Scripture reveals a very clear plan and purpose for the Church, with Christ as its head. Rather than seeing the Church as a destination in itself, when we see the Church as God’s appointed place of fitting, refinement and deployment, then we are in the best place on earth for being prepared for God’s plans and works which He has prepared for each saint. The measure to which we are equipped, fitted and prepared now will affect how effective we are in fulfilling our earthly mission. The measure to which we fulfil our earthly mission will affect the manner in which we rule and reign with Christ for all eternity.
