What On Earth Is God Doing? (18) An often stated command in the New Testament, stated in different ways particularly with reference to the last days, is the command to be on guard, to keep awake or even to wake up from being asleep. We see the consequences of not heeding this command in what Jesus says about the last days being like the days of Noah & how that generation were “unaware … until the flood came and swept them all away.” Also, Jesus teaches this same truth in the parable of the ten virgins. This message gives a quick overview of the biblical, prophetic landscape with regards to the last days asking the important question: are you Awake & Alert or are you Asleep & Blind?
