The False Spiritual/Secular Divide

The Person & Work of the Holy Spirit (5). If we are to have a biblical understanding of the Person & the work of the Holy Spirit & if we are to understand the role of the Holy Spirit in Christian life & ministry, then our perception of the Church must align with God’s Word. We cannot fit the role of the Holy Spirit into a framework that is unbiblical, that doesn’t align with what God’s Word says about the Church, and expect to understand the ministry of the Holy Spirit or expect to see the Holy Spirit at work as promised in God’s Word. In this message, we continue to examine some unbiblical perceptions about the Church that hinder us in rightly understanding & rightly experiencing the ministry of the Holy Spirit in our lives & in the Church today.
