Through the Courts into the Holy of Holies. In the moment that Jesus cried out on the Cross “It is finished” the Gospels tell us that the veil in the Temple in Jerusalem that separated the Holy of Holies from the Holy Place was rent from top to bottom. We see in Hebrews 10:19-20 that because of the blood of Jesus & our salvation in Him, we now are able to enter the Holy of Holies, the place of God’s presence, where we are invited to worship Him in Spirit & in truth. This message looks at the Tabernacle of Moses which was patterned on the Heavenly temple & the journey into the Holy of Holies that God set in place. We also discuss the difference we see in Scripture between praise & worship & why that distinction is important in biblical worship.
