According to the Hebrew calendar, this year the Feast of Pentecost, begins at sundown on Sunday, June 1st and concludes at nightfall on June 3rd. The Feast of Pentecost is celebrated 50 days after the Feast of Passover. This messages gives an overview of the Feasts of the Lord, looks at the historical and prophetic roots of the Feast of Pentecost, at the spiritual fulfilment on the Day of Pentecost and the significance of the Feast of Pentecost for us as believers living in these last days. Pentecost is not simply an historical event! The outworking of Pentecost in the baptism in the Holy Spirit is meant to be an on-going spiritual reality in the lives of God’s people so that we live and serve in the power off the Holy Spirit.
