Does Scripture Teach A Pre-tribulation Rapture?

At a time when believers should be encouraged & uplifted by what Paul calls “the blessed hope and glorious appearance of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ” (Titus 2:13), speaking of the Rapture of the Church, we are instead encompassed about with confusion, dispute or the outright ignoring of this great truth. Whatever the devil can’t refute, he attacks with confusion, error & half truths (lies) so as to confound the truth. Does the Bible actually teach that the Rapture of the Church will occur before the Tribulation or has God left this truth to debate & to speculation?
