The Lord’s Prayer (8). As we conclude our series on the Lord’s Prayer, we now look at Jesus’ invitation: “Pray then like this.” More than words to repeat, this prayer is a pattern that forms us as disciples – teaching us to live in relationship with our Father, dependence on Him, surrender to His will, and confidence that ultimately the Kingdom, the power and the glory are His. The question is not simply, “Have I learned the Lord’s Prayer?” but, “Will I let Jesus teach me to live it?”
